Individual therapy, delivered virtually.
Because real change happens when you have the right support

Supporting women and trans folx through life's biggest transitions

Virtual midlife and trans therapy services for individuals

Therapy should support your life, not complicate it. That's why I offer all sessions through a secure video platform. Whether you're juggling a busy work schedule, tired of California traffic, or simply more comfortable processing in your own space, virtual therapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental health. As long as you're in California, we can work together to create meaningful change from wherever you are.

Virtual Therapy That Fits Your Life

Your gender journey deserves support that's as unique as you are.
I provide comprehensive, affirming therapy that honors your experience and autonomy. From exploring your identity to navigating social and medical transitions, we'll work together to build confidence in your authentic self. I also provide letters for gender-affirming care and support through the entire process.

Gender-Affirming Care

Your life choices are valid, even when society says otherwise. Whether you're happily single, confidently childfree, or both, you deserve support that celebrates your path instead of questioning it. We'll work through family pressures, dating burnout, and those well-meaning but exhausting "when will you..." questions while building confidence in the life you've chosen for yourself.

Single and/or Childfree Support

This chapter brings changes that nobody prepared us for - from perimenopausal symptoms and body shifts to career pivots and evolving relationships. Whether these transitions were planned or blindsided you, they can shake everything you thought you knew about yourself. Together, we'll navigate the physical changes, emotional rollercoaster, and life shifts while building your confidence to set boundaries and create a path that feels true to you. Your next chapter gets to be on your terms.

Midlife Transitions and Perimenopause

Three Ways I Can Support You:

Every session is a collaborative space tailored to your needs. We'll focus on creating practical strategies for real change while building your confidence to handle whatever comes next. Through our work together, you'll develop tools for managing challenges, gain clarity about your path forward, and learn to trust your own wisdom.

OH HEY,
 I'm theo

Your no-BS guide through perimenopause and midlife chaos

I'm a therapist who gets it. I'm also proudly single and childfree by choice- because life doesn't have to follow someone else's script. My therapy style? Direct, authentic, and sprinkled with well-timed profanity when needed.
If you're looking for someone to just nod and ask "how does that make you feel?" – I'm not your person.
But if you want someone who will:

Tell it like it is (no sugar-coating required)
  • Help you figure out what YOU want (not what everyone else wants for you)
  • Support you in making big changes (even if they scare the hell out of you)
  • Give you practical strategies instead of vague platitudes

Then we might be a perfect match.

Never. My role isn't to judge your choices or push you toward traditional paths. I'm here to support you in creating the life that feels authentic to YOU.

Will you tell me I'm making the wrong choice about being child-free/single/[insert life choice]?

Your gender journey is yours alone. Some people pursue medical transition, others don't - both are equally valid. We'll explore what feels right for you, without pressure in any direction.

What if I want to explore gender identity but I'm not sure about medical transition?

Am I too young to be experiencing perimenopause?

Then we cry. Therapy is a space for all your emotions - messy, complicated, or otherwise. There's no expectation to "keep it together" here.

What if I start crying and can't stop?

There's no such thing as "trans enough." If you're questioning your gender identity or exploring your authentic self, you deserve support - no gatekeeping, no judgment.

I'm not sure if I'm "trans enough" for therapy...

Not at all. Many people come to therapy just knowing something feels "off" - whether it's unexplained anxiety, body changes, or a general sense of disconnect. Together, we'll figure out what's really going on.

Do I need to know exactly what's wrong before starting therapy?
