Because "that's just how it is" isn't good enough anymore.

I help women navigate midlife on their own terms.

The old rules about how women should handle midlife?
They're outdated.
The gentle suggestions to "just accept" whatever's happening?
Not helpful.
The pressure to keep it together when everything's going to sh!t?
Exhausting.
That's why I became a therapist who specializes in helping women navigate midlife transitions - because we deserve better than vague platitudes and outdated advice.

Here's what I've learned:

We spend our 20s and 30s following the "right" path, checking all the boxes society gave us, only to hit midlife and realize... maybe we were following someone else's map.

Nice to meet you,
I'm theo!

I spent years as a dual immersion Spanish teacher, secretly loving the moments when students would come to me with their real struggles. Turns out, my middle school self, who wanted to be a therapist, was onto something.

At 44, I decided to stop waiting and start living. I went back to school, got my master's in social work, and now? I help women realize it's never too late to change the story.

Direct communication (no therapy-speak here)

What you'll get with me:

🦄

Vague "how does that make you feel?" questions

What you won't get:

🦄

🦄

🦄

Real strategies for real life changes

Permission to question everything

Space to be messy, angry, confused, or all of the above

🦄

Someone who gets that "starting over" isn't failure - it's courage

Pressure to "accept" things that aren't working

Judgment about your choices

Sugar-coating or gentle platitudes

The expectation to have it all figured out

Fueled by an unwavering love for coffee and accompanied by my rescue dog Zoey, I navigate life with humor and a passion for the unexpected. Between therapy sessions, you'll find me exploring far-off places, attempting to master foreign languages, or pretending to be a wilderness expert on hikes (while secretly hoping Zoey remembers the way back). But most days, I'm just that person in traffic belting out reggaeton songs with questionable pronunciation and zero shame – because life's too short to care who's watching.
